“I'm writing this on behalf of my parents. They needed a plumber to fix a leak that had been previously worked on but due to the shoddy workmanship had been left in a poor / still leaking state. He was prompt, polite (even took his shoes off!), fixed the leak and left it in an extremely neat and tidy state. I cannot recommend or praise Bill @Kirby & Co highly enough.
